Drapery Wool
The heaviest cloth of the season, and the one that gives a jacket its shoulder. Drapery is a woven wool with weight and memory: it holds a lapel, keeps a pleat and does not collapse by six in the evening.
It is also the widest family in the collection — blazers, sleeveless waistcoats with a cape effect, palazzo trousers, a pleated skirt — all in the same cloth and the same colours, so a whole outfit can be built from it.
