Ordering from Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg
Belgium is our largest market after France, and we ship regularly to Switzerland and Luxembourg. Here is what you need to know before ordering from one of these three countries.
Belgium
Shipped via Colissimo, within two to four business days. Shipping costs: €10.
Prices are displayed in euros and are inclusive of all taxes. There is nothing to pay upon delivery.
Luxembourg
Colissimo International, four to five business days, €15. A DHL Express option at €20 is available if you are in a hurry, which takes three business days.
Prices in euros, inclusive of all taxes, nothing to pay upon arrival.
Switzerland
Colissimo at €12.50, or DHL Express at €20. Prices are displayed in Swiss francs, converted at the daily exchange rate.
As Switzerland is outside the European Union, your parcel will pass through customs. Swiss VAT and any potential handling fees are paid at the time of delivery. This amount does not go to us; it is collected by the Swiss authorities.
For urgent orders to Switzerland, DHL Express is the safest choice: customs clearance is handled by the carrier, which avoids back-and-forth mail.
Returns from abroad
The time limit is the same as for France: fourteen days from receipt to request a return or exchange. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility. Details of the procedure can be found on the returns and exchanges page.
A practical tip: order two sizes if you are hesitating, then send back the one that doesn't fit. For tailored pieces, a centimeter on the shoulder changes everything, and you won't see that in a photo.
If you are passing through Lyon
Many of our Belgian and Swiss customers order online and then come to try items on during a visit. In-store pickup is free at 21 rue du Président Édouard Herriot, in the 1st arrondissement. You can also reserve a selection in your size before you come, which we call The Rack. Lyon is two hours from Geneva and four from Brussels by train.
What our customers order most
Ceremony outfits are by far the most popular, often for a wedding on a fixed date. Next come blazers and tailored trousers, bought as separate pieces and built upon from one season to the next.
For a ceremony, plan well ahead: between selection, delivery, a possible exchange, and alterations, allow three weeks before the date. Our outfit advice according to the role and time of day can be found on the ceremony attire page.
Full terms and conditions are available in our general terms and conditions of sale and on the delivery page.
